Q: Can I register as an individual and only participate in the pretest?

A: No. Individual registration is not allowed. All participants must register as part of a team of 2-4 members in order to compete in both the pretest and bowl rounds.

Q: Does every team member need to complete the registration form?

A: No. Only one team member should submit the registration form on behalf of the entire team. Please ensure that all team information is entered accurately.

Q: Is there a participation fee?

A: No. Participation in this competition is completely free. 

Q: Can the competition date or pretest time be changed if I have a scheduling conflict?

A: No. The competition schedule is finalized months in advance and unfortunately cannot be changed. Participants must take the pretest at the designated time.

Q: Do all team members need to be in the same location during the competition?

A: No. Team members must join the Zoom meeting individually and may participate from different locations.

Q: How can I make changes to my team after registering?

A: Please contact us at internationalbiologybattle@gmail.com if you need to add, remove, or update team members after registration.

Q: How can I find team members?

A: If you need help finding a team, please join our Discord server to connect with other participants. Teams must have a minimum of two members to compete.
